Watford Community activity

March 17, 2009

A community consultation workshop is scheduled for March 19 2009

It will take place in the media suite at the St Michaels Catholic High School and Specialist Humanities College on Thursday 19, 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

AT: High Elms Lane, WATFORD WD25 0SS.

Members of the community are being invited to comment on and give their views on the current economic crisis.

If you have views and suggestions on what can be done to help people locally, nationally or globally who are suffering from reduced pension income, redundancy or insolvency, then please come along.

FREdome is inclusive and welcomes input from all sections of the community including older people who have experienced hardship through previous recessions in the UK, wartime or other hardship at home or abroad. You have a lot of experience and wisdom to share.

Feel free to turn up to join this discussion which will be hosted by FREdome’s chair Greg Peachey and administrator Ann Kirkness. Ideas will be collated and good ideas that are supported by the majority will be taken forward for action.

Refreshments will be provided. If you would like more info please call
