A great turnout from Herts/London/Beds to St Albans Business Biscotti yesterday.

A very lively meeting with nearly sixty businesses there despite the snow!

I see that an Edinburgh scientist has made national news by photo-editing trees out of paintings by artists such as Constable to draw attention to global de-forestation. We want our potential solution to global de-forestation to make national news also!

To get started, all you need do is throw your fruit cores into a used plastic carrier bag of soil in your garden and let them grow. Click here for more info.

Zak tells me that after the meeting he found a black telescopic umbrella left in a plant pot. If this wasn’t intended as a contribution to the project in terms of growing an umbrella tree, please collect it from Lost Property in the Hotel!

Don’t forget to join our St Albans Biscotti LinkedIn group. Following last time’s Festive song, we floated the idea of a regular 2-min party piece from the floor during the interlude. The jury’s still out on that one – please add your comments to the online discussion…

All that remains is to wish you a very Successful New Year! See you on Mon 11th Feb 2013 in Sopwell House…
